Marina Kakaulina is a Senior Accounting Manager at one of the top Private Equity Funds in the United States, in charge of a $16B fund. She handles financial reporting, debt compliance, investment valuations, cash and financial projections as well as day-to-day operations.

Prior to this, Marina has spent 4 years in audit at KPMG where she got exposure to many industries including banking, tech, venture capital firms and alternative investment funds. During her time at KPMG she covered various technical accounting and financial needs including: valuation of investments (various financial instruments), peer-to-peer lending, securitization of loans, SaaS, tax analysis related to various matters, partnership accounting, stock-based comp, risk management, and others.

Marina holds a Bachelor degree from the University of California, Berkeley and is a licensed CPA.
After completing a double degree in Information Technology and Exercise Science at Griffith University, Gold Coast Australia, Alex worked as a Delphi/SQL programmer for a number of years before moving into network administration and operations.

After 4 years of network administration, operations and support roles in both Australia and Canada, Alex joined Anka Systems in Virginia, USA, where he worked as a support specialist for EyeRoute, the worlds first ophthalmology image management system. After 4 years at Anka Systems/Topcon Medical Systems Alex left his position as EyeRoute technical support supervisor to join the healthcare division at TSPi as the Director of IT. At TSPi Alex helped develop, sell, deploy and manage private cloud computing systems for the healthcare industry.

In early 2011 Alex joined Apixio as their IT Operations Manager and in 2014 became their Director of Operations. At Apixio Alex manages both their in-house IT infrastructure as well as their cloud based test, staging and production environments. Apixio is the industry leader in big-data health care analytics and leverages technologies such as hadoop, cassandra, redis, ansible and elasticsearch; for which Alex is responsible for deployment, configuration and maintenance. Specialties: Hadoop, Cassandra, Amazon AWS, Networking.
Brian is the Creative Leader of the Facebook agency Studio X, where he leads creative development in support of the Ads and Business platform.

Brian's career has spanned over 24 years, with major creative and UX/UI leadership positions that include time with the United States Department of Defense, advertising agencies Liquid Agency, Design Reactor, and Clock Four, in-house leadership with Fortune 500 organizations such as Autodesk, Visa, Cisco, and experience developing startups RingCentral, Bill.com, and Leap Motion.

In Brian's time as a creative leader, he's enjoyed double-digit year-over-year growth directly attributed to his team's contributions. He has won multiple awards for his work, is an accomplished musician and artist, and enjoys time with his family in Pleasant Hill CA.
A legal mind and a serial entrepreneur, Alex Pelin began his career in startups in 2012 (3DGrounds, Xspaced, TechEstate Today).
Since then Alex has worked with many Real Estate industry leaders and innovators.

In 2016 Alex launched the TET Conference, an event which brings together Real Estate Thought Leaders, Entrepreneurs, Agents, Brokers, Marketers, Startups, Investors and Organizations to fuel innovation in the Real Estate industry.

Prior to his involvement in Real Estate Tech, Alex founded 3DGrounds, a 3D Imaging company who’s work involved cooperating with Sony Music, Redgate, VMWare, Dolby Laboratories, Autodesk, MUH-TAY-ZIK | HOFFER (Netflix - "Narcos") and many others.

Today, Alex works with startups and is the founder of TechEvents Today (TET) and TET Conference. TET hosts Technology and Science events along with a Real Estate Technology and Innovation Conference in California.
Patrik Wijkstrom is a founding partner of The Bureau, and Chief Operations Officer of Dispatch Labs. He has more than 20 years experience building the fundamental infrastructure and plumbing of today’s Internet.

Patrik excels at process re-engineering, sales operations, marketing and team-building for multi-stakeholder organizations. He has architected and implemented complex systems across businesses ranging from 5,000 employees to a workforce of more than 110,000.

Patrik’s passion for blockchain and distributed ledger technology is driven by a deeper purpose, to transform our world for the better, and a fundamental belief that better decisions are made when many diverse people are involved.

MICHAEL MUSLEH

Michael Musleh is a 20 year veteran in Commercial and Multifamily real estate based in San Francisco.

Michael, graduated San Francisco State University and has lived in San Francisco since. He is a founding member and director of Al Manara Real Estate Investments Fund which manages a portfolio of properties in New Mexico, Houston and the SF Bay Area.

One of the goals of the Real Estate Fund is to assure positive cash flow for investors while keeping cash reserves healthy.

Michael is also a founding member of S&K Real Estate Investment and Development firm. S&K manages rentals as well as invests in hotel and office space development.

Michael owns 8 businesses and is deeply involved in the day to day operations of all of them. Therefore he understands the mind of tenants and investors in order to successfully keep tenants longevity and provide ROI for investors.

His business strategy has always been to acquire financially sustainable profitable properties with the potential of added value and growth based on location, market trends and demand.
